Feedback and Complaints

FEEDBACK PROCEDURE

We love to hear your feedback.

 

Please fill out a feedback form (available at reception or ask a BDAC staff member) and leave it in the feedback box at reception.

 

Alternatively, you can:

  • Complete the attached Feedback Form
  • Send us an email to: [email protected]
  • Write to us at: BDAC, PO Box 75, North Bendigo, Victoria 3550
  • Call reception on: 03 5442 4947

 

Your complaint or feedback will be forwarded to the appropriate leadership representative.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  • You can talk to your worker about any concerns or complaints you may have.
  • Your worker must write these down and show them to their Manager even

if you resolve the concerns between you.

  • You can check with your worker that they have written them down.

 

Alternatively, if you do not want to speak to your worker or if you feel that they did not represent you in a satisfactory way, you can:

  • Write or talk to their manager.
  • Ask for and fill out BDAC Feedback Form.
