Aboriginal Tenants at Risk

The Aboriginal Tenants At Risk (ATAR) support worker provides support
and advocacy assistance to those who are tenants or prospective tenants
of Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) or the Office of Housing (OoH).
The program aims to establish or maintain tenancies by supporting
tenants to address issues placing their accommodation at risk through
individual case managed support. A support worker can help you to
identify and address underlying issues that may place your tenancy at
risk of breakdown (e.g. rent arrears, inside and outside property
condition issues) and maintain your current housing to prevent you from
becoming homeless
